If the specimen is from local, we get from fishermen directly, if the specimen is from overseas, we get from suppliers who sell imported seafood, and we also get dead fishes and starfishes from aquariums.
No, we don't sell the specimens listed in CITES appendix, please order directly from our website.
Normally we will clear most of the meat, around 98% of the meat of a specimen will be cleared, and we soak the shell in 75% alcohol, then we will refill the specimen with soft clay, and set position, then wait a few days until the specimen is totally dried.
No! not at all. We clean the meat until the meat is rotten, then we are able to take the meat out, so there is no chance for us to eat the meat.
