Shipping Policy - the basics
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order / backorder items will be shipped per the estimated date listed on product pages; shipment dates are only estimates and subject to supplier stock changes.
- Orders with both in-stock and pre-order goods will be held for combined shipment unless split delivery is selected at checkout (extra cost applies).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Cost
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight and shipping option.

3. Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic Delivery
We deliver to valid residential/commercial street addresses only. PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses are unavailable for expedited shipping.
International Delivery
